Return and Refund Policy

At FRESHFITTHREAD, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our policy is outlined below.

1. Return Window

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your item.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all original bonus accessories (including the skinny belt, matching silk scarf, and garment bag). If an item is returned showing signs of wear or is missing accessories, the return will be rejected.

Note: We do not have any "Final Sale" items. All products are subject to this standard 90-day return policy. We do not offer any separate or extended warranties.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@freshfitthread.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 1 to 2 hours of placing it. Once this timeframe has passed, the order is sent to our warehouse for processing and can no longer be canceled. You will need to wait for the item to be delivered and follow the standard return process.
